Few years back I realised property agents are beginning to sell tombs to the livings. There are quite many pap supporters kind already booked their bungalows. Advantage according to my agent is you can have early piece of mind. Also can get the best unit. He said some buy it as investment and can sell at high price when no more vacant unit.

Now I would like to propose to insurance company a similar idea. That is to sell after life insurance with good returns from the netherworld. Will this idea work to current pool of sinkies ?
