Pro FT Hotel Director Sinkie Dog claims Sporeans are '' weak and lazy ''

My assessment based on past experience interacting with various age group of SGreans.
20-30 yrs old - brought up by maids, what do you expect from them?
30-40 yrs old - squeeze by FT low pay and their family commitment, stress out and looking for a way out.
40-50 yrs old - already squeeze out by FT and looking towards taxi license
> 50 yrs old - past expiring date and squeeze dry by Government, waiting to die, but cannot get sick.
 
Singaporeans always get defensive once this kind of topic appeared on social media.

Emotionally, we should all support our fellow countrymen and there is nothing wrong with that.

The problem is why cant we accept some logical statement such as FT are willing to work longer hours and in general, more commited to their job as compared to locals? They are so because they are here to earn money to feed their family back home. If we are working in another country, we are likely to work hard also in order to keep the job.

Just be fair la, like that next time everybody in high positions can also say things that are politacally correct but far from the truth.
 
Sometimes it is better to keep your mouth shut when u have nothing good to say. Many people do not understand this.

The reality is that the contract of these Pinoys, PRCS, Burmese at al. states that they are only entitled to 10 days holiday a year. So how not to work? There are a number of variables in their compensation and most ridiculous (or cunning) is that they must accept any docking of wages in "crisis" times (whatever that means)...

Will post a scan of a sample Fairmont contract and you decide whether such employment contracts are indeed fair to Singaporeans or for any decent working adult regardless of nationality - this is exploitation of vulnerable workers.

PAP's plan of a high GDP means squeezing your paychecks while they get to enjoy sky high 'paychecks'. Without the unions, 10 days for vacation or personal things, no dental treatment, never ending OTs, etc. Is this what you want for the next ten years ?
