Yes , it is very difficult task to go round selling newspapers especially during hot days. You people should know that Oppo parties will never gain sympathy votes, so endurance is the virtue !
Many people like me, we appreciate !
Especially when conducting the house to house visits.
If you have osteoarthritis, going round can be a very painful experience !
It is inspiring to see many Oppo members sweating from eyebrows to go native with the voters, raising funds selling papers ! But this may also let PAP voters think Oppos are poor .
GE is coming, 5 years of hard work cannot just throw inside the drain for nothing , this is showtime !
Oppo people should preen themselves, like get a good haircut, color it natural black if they are very grey , and do some exercise to look slim and healthy ……of course we are not talking about looking like Andy lau to that extent ! Simple preening , look easy and smell pleasant are things that can attract votes !
This is call law of attraction !
Dressing up neatly does not mean you dress up designer clothing !
Of course, if you are genetically bigger in shape due to sinkapore bad food , then put on clothing that can do some camouflage will do just fine !
New generation voters have different perspectives, once every five years is good to be nice messengers right ! You have nothing to lose.
On stage , on TV , be calm, practice to speak at home and control the fidget ! Speak simple, speak at the right speed !
When you do house visits, take some sweets so your breath smells good, tell the voters to give Oppo parties a chance to work with you, give oppo parties a chance to look after the estate ! When voters scold PAP before you , do not join the fun , just tell them to give themselves a chance next GE !
House to house visits can be very stressful, however, maintain the smile, becos in sinkapore , power comes from the gutter !
You know, you are dealing with primitive voters who still live in the past , you have to be patient , and think of ways to make them think harder !
One rule to remember, never scold or condemn PAP infront of the voters ! Be gentlemen ! Your object is to win votes !
Let PAP do the insult, you focus on the voters !
If you look good, feel good, you will be more confident !
Make next GE really a watershed ! Take over some GRCs and look after well the estates , more estates will follow !
