This man will be sacked by his company.

Singaporeans need to be more adventurous and seek greener pastures for their businesses to expand by moving out of Singapore. There are plenty of opportunities in SE Asian countries and many of those that did are doing very well. I see many such businesses when I traveled around ASEAN countries and those Singaporeans I know that have done so in the past are thriving. We need to be flexible and adapt to the different business environments that we are in. The way we did our business in the past has evolved and we need to keep up and not be the frog that is slowly being boiled alive thinking all is well.

Singapore is really like a frog boiling to death...only it doesn't realize it yet! We really need to change not just to be successful but to survive. We pay top dollars for mediocre leaders who lead us doing things that maybe made us successful today BUT its not working for tomorrow. Why r we not in the game for smartphones and tablets? Why is R&D not taking off here?? Maybe the WP is rite in saying that the gahment strategy is a one trick pony. It has no idea how to thrive in today's world. Mind you I am not sure WP or other Opp knows too! But I do blame the gahment for making us what we are..competent but unimaginative, Kia su Kia sie, ball-less for not challenging and stepping out of the box.

Another prediction is that 2013 will be an interesting year of developments for pap sycophants, porlumpars and wannabes.

That includes grassroot leaders, party loyalists and IB trolls who are doing what they do because they want to ingratiate themselves with their "elite" leaders.
