First full-time job in tech industry, received two offers and having a hard time deciding.

Offer A: MNC

• mid $5k monthly
• lots of benefits
• office based
• Total of 3hrs of commute per day
• Role is boring but ok. not very passionate

Offer B: SME

• high $4k monthly
• mostly remote
• lots of hands-on and learning.
• passionate about the role

Personal context

• Have around student loan debt of $25k
• No savings

TL;DR: high pay boring job or low pay fun job. have debt. need some opinions...
