A PRC man beats up his GF

According to STOMP, a man allegedly beat up his girlfriend before proceeding to lie down in the middle of Newton Road.

The man is believed to be a China national.

STOMPer 'Lim' who says he saw the incident witnessed the man who seemed drunk crossing the road and banging his head on a wall.

"Then he crossed over to other side and began bashing up his girlfriend pretty badly, before lying down in the middle of the road, causing a nuisance of himself," said the STOMPer.

An ambulance was at the scene to help the woman.
