新华网北京7月19日电（记者卢国强）北京警方19日晚通报“三里屯优衣库试衣间不雅视频”事件调查情况，据悉，已有1人因涉嫌传播淫秽物品罪被刑事拘留、3人被行政拘留。

北京警方负责人说，这段视频中的两名当事人于4月中旬在试衣间内发生性关系并用手机拍摄视频，在将视频传递给微信朋友时流出，并被上传至互联网。警方经过调查先后将孙某某（男，19岁，黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市人）等人控制。

目前，孙某某将淫秽视频上传新浪微博的行为涉嫌传播淫秽物品罪，被依法刑事拘留，另外3人因传播淫秽信息被依法行政拘留。警方表示，对于视频中的两名当事人正在进一步处理中。
