They used postal meter, 'abang' pay first, then quietly somewhere, 'adik' pay back...ha ha ha What happened to the Electronic postal address the were touting about some years back? where each household will have one, & each member above 21, have a sub address. This is for the government bodies etc to send you their bill, reminders, their whatever etc.. what happened to that money spent?? maybe contracted to an ex 'kawan' $3 company??
