He was too greedy. He saved his money to open new outlets instead of paying his staff. Serve him right if he had not put his act together before venturing in. He should also look at his neighbours. They could be using his ex-staff. Maybe he should spend some money and lure his staff back or better still employ locals. Everybody has a price.

By the way, what fine dining restaurant was that? From what I know, the really fine dining restaurants normally have only one outlet.
