I tell you if they dig out some lost treasure , i think the Police will come to tell you

Under some act and don't know what chapter, this piece of lost treasure do not belong to you. The treasure will be under the jurisdiction of Singapore Govt.

Long time ago during 70s or 80s,developers has dug out some tresure during construction and wanted to sell it off at an auction, but some Minister pass a law saying that things which is dug out from under the ground belongs to the Govt.

So SIAO SIAO lan lan, the tresasure has to be send back to Singapore Govt.

Caller: I am staying at Mount Sophia Suite, my apartment number is..
Mata : Wait a minuter sir, did you just said 'Mount Sophia Suite' the private condominium area along Sophia Road?

Mata : I'm afraid sir, we cannot despatch any of our officers to investigate because that is a 'private property' and you will have to engage a private security guard to investigate, we cannot go in there because that is 'private' and not 'public'. The police are really stupid, and don't understand the law at all, a frightening fact. The property is not a private property as it is leased from the JTC. JTC is the owner of the property and since they are a govt. stat board, it is actually the govt, that has to dispose of it. The construction company should just put an ad for a free bomb to anyone who wants to come and get it themselves. U will see how fast the police will come and dig it out.

If the same thing was found in a landed property on Oxley Rise, it won't be a case for a private contractor to clear. Commissioner of Police and his posse of officers, Chief Defence Force and his senior chaps, PS MHA and MINDEF would all be at scene. What the govt does, depends on who is the owner.

Still remember when someone who was beaten up in a public place was told that it was a civil matter

Now you have this bomb case. Reminds me of Kung Fu Hustle, , at the beginning of the movie you see the policeman counting the loot. This is what Spore's home team has become, a tool for those with $$$.
