On Thursday, police received nine reports of ATMs being splashed with black paint. In some of these cases, debtors' notes were also discovered at the ATMs. After establishing the identities of the suspects, they were subsequently arrested on Friday.

the smarter ones in this category will wear full-faced motorcycle helmuts with darkened visors, as wearing hoodies / masks near an atm will alarm those people withdrawing money, and also to prevent the paint from splashing on their faces.
next thing you know is that these fuckers will ride away on their motorbikes.....and run smack into a nearby lamp post - face palm!

The police likely crippled the syndicate by freezing their accounts and disabling their arm cards probably confiscating monies in the process.
