Dear brothers and sisters,

a very good afternoon to you.

Police finally agreed and declared that they are trained to arrest and harrass Dr Chee Suan Juan and Chee Siok Chin but they never been trained to arrest the mobsters. Please read the below police confession statement to COI.

Little India riot COI: T-batons, revolvers are for defensive use, say police officers

The T-batons, revolvers and shields carried by police officers on patrol are meant for defensive use, and this is why they were not used to attack the crowd of active rioters in Little India on Dec 8 last year. In addition, the officers had not felt that their lives were in direct danger.

Three officers who were among the first responders at the scene of the riot told the Committee Of Inquiry on Wednesday that while they are trained in "peace time" crowd control management, they are not trained to handle a large-scale mob.

"Maybe if one of them approach me with a plank of wood, or a rock in his hand, I would feel obliged to draw the T-baton," said Special Constable Sergeant Abdul Aziz Abdul Khalid on Wednesday. The full-time national serviceman was the partner of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Jonathan Tang, the first senior officer at the scene. Added ASP Edwin Yong, 28, who was the second senior officer to the scene: "We do not use (T-batons) to attack people. We have to move forward to swing and move back later - the range is quite short."

As a result, the T-baton was not used even when the authorities were being challenged by the rioters to do so. Full-time national serviceman, Special Constable Corporal Arshard Abdul Murad said a foreign worker had challenged him to "take out my T-baton to hit the people in the crowd, but I declined to do so".

I be damn if their reply, responses in court are spontaneous, its scripted for entertainment purposes for general public, news media.

What idiots!

I would imagine the same reply from Mindef COI if there were sudden confrontation and cannon fodders are left to their own devices...

Mindef SAF LTE soldiers : "We were trained in air con simulators with cushioned carpet, not in the real confrontation where environment factors are engaged"

All these years, why are we wasting so much tax payers $$$ on civil defense, infrastructure, high tech armament etc, if (supposing):
1) SPF are not trained to handle large-scale mod
2) SCDF are not trained to handle large-scale disaster
3) SAF are not trained to handle large-scale war
4) SMRT are not trained to handle large-scale breakdown

of course the police feel 'safe'. stay far far away, put up barricades, wear helmet, use shield. how not to feel safe.

Could it be that they grow up hearing all the Ministers preaching the mantra " we must accommodate foreigners " as they create jobs for us-that its so etched in their subconscience that they will automatically give chance and exercise maximum restraint when dealing with foreigners. Explain the initial running away?

When comes to locals-the usual line is nobody is above the law and the law will be applied to the maximum effect.

Typical behaviour of school bullies... you won't pick on people who're bigger than you.

My god. this is becoming a comedy of idiots. if they keep their mouth shut, at least there is still some doubt about their stupidity. open their mouth , these officers and they dispel all doubts. This is a classic!!!!!!!! They were only trained in "peace time" crowd control management>>>>> this is an euphemism for cinema ushers or as good as department store greeters that you see in Japan. when since have our police dwags descended to such a low level. Riot means riot. they expect rioters to be civilised and use words like " excuse me " before they throw a stone. wait maybe they expect the rioters to use tissue or papers balls instead. this COI is a damn good comedy.

Dear brothers and sisters,

As a result, the T-baton was not used even when the authorities were being challenged by the rioters to do so. Full-time national serviceman, Special Constable Corporal Arshard Abdul Murad said a foreign worker had challenged him to "take out my T-baton to hit the people in the crowd, but I declined to do so".

I think such police mentality was due to PAP's constant mantra of treasure and integrate "foreign talent". Thus police has to be cautious in order not to land in jail for trying to hantum foreign "talent". Now the COI wanted the police to whack whenever they see a suspicious snake in little india. Should give the police million of dollars "whacking foreigners" fund to carry out their duty proper. No more integration fund to be issued.

At least North Korea is not concerned about what other countries think of them.

The truth is finally out, the whole security forces from SPF/SAF/SCDF etc is OPERATIONALLY UNREADY.
SPF air waves jammed in Little India, any radio operator should be versed in VP(voice procedure) and signals protocol to avoid radio jamming.

All that impressive OOH AND AAH inducing display was the annual WAYANG SHOW known as NDP.
The reality;
They let the Laju Affair terrorist escape,
Mat Selamat escaped twice, captured by Malaysian police.
the Yishun bomb plot was uncovered by foreign intelligence services
3 common Malaysian Criminals with no military training invaded P Tekong for 3 days,
the Sentosa Cable rescue was by NZ Helicopter pilots, LHL just claimed credit,
Hotel New World rescue was carried out by foreign tunneling rescuers.
"mad" Malaysian woman penetrated SG border security and remained at large for 3 days.
