Police no USE

Last week, I spotted someone throwing cigarette butt from high floor. I called the police post nearby but surprisingly the police asked me to look for HDB because is not their duty!!

High floor throwing cigarette butt is nothing but if throwing heavy object then is very serious. Must our police wait till someone injured then they involve, really shit!!

Singapore Police always wanted us to cooperate with them with information but come to REAL, they try to push here and there.

What can our Police do for us?
Protecting us?
Wait for people injured then arrive?
Arrive then call ambulance?
