SINGAPORE - A 20-year-old police full-time national serviceman (NSF) was found dead inside a locked security post in the Tanglin area on Wednesday morning.
The NSF had reported for duty at about 8pm on Tuesday in preparation for his night shift duties, police said in a statement.
He drew his service revolver from the armoury, before proceeding to the duty point.
On Wednesday morning, he was found with a gunshot wound to his head and his service revolver was found beside him.
He was pronounced dead at 7.48am by paramedics at the scene.
