民進黨在本次九合一選戰中慘敗，總統蔡英文辭去黨主席為此負責，黨內各派系協調之後，推派行政院祕書長卓榮泰登記參選民進黨黨主席，卻引發「新潮流」大老吳乃仁不滿宣布退黨。對此，資深媒體人彭文正在臉書發表 48 字的「藏頭文」，疑暗批蔡英文「主席性格，毀了全黨」。
行政院祕書長卓榮泰 14 日在桃園市長鄭文燦、新竹市長林智堅、準台南市長黃偉哲、準嘉義縣長翁章梁、前立委陳其邁的陪同下，前往民進黨中央登記參選黨主席，卻惹來「新潮流」大老吳乃仁不滿，怒嗆退黨；對此，卓榮泰則回應，「吳乃仁一直是一名和藹可親的長輩，我還是很希望他繼續留在黨內，繼續帶領我們，把黨的改造繼續完成下去」。
對此，彭文正在臉書貼文，寫道「自作主張黃鐘毀棄瓦釜雷鳴，沒剩幾席還想私了瞞天過海，兵臨城下性命交關全力以赴，高高在上格格不入朋黨比周」，並用紅筆圈出 8 字「藏頭文」，疑透露對蔡英文執政的不滿，強調「主席性格，毀了全黨」。
