Based upon the look of this fuckface it should be obvious that PMDs are not the problem. It's the louts that use them.
This, I sincerely and categorically Agreed.
Just like any vehicle, aeroplane or ship,
it is not the machine but the person using it in a reckless, inconsiderate and careless manner.
