Taiwanese actor Patrick Lee, 42, who registered his marriage with his non-celeb girlfriend on July 6 this year, recently took to his Instagram with a video of his wife, who was dressed in a camisole top and shorts, walking out of a Starbucks outlet.

Sounds pretty normal, right? But well, towards the end of the video, as Patrick’s wife stops in her tracks to enter the car, two men, who looked like they were there with their families, turned their heads to check her out.

Too hot to handle?

In his caption, which we believe is meant to be tongue-in-cheek, Patrick wrote: “[To] these two dads… could you focus your attention on your two wives who are walking ahead of you instead? This is my wife, I apologise.”

He also added in the video, addressing the two guys: “You brought your own [wives too]… couldn’t you just look at your own [wives] instead.”

Netizens were pretty tickled by Patrick’s post, with many calling him a “lucky guy” for having such a hot wife.

Patrick's been posting loads of pictures of his wife recently.

However, comments left by other netizens on the articles written by Taiwanese media who picked up the story were less complimentary. Patrick took to his Instagram a day later to call out some of these comments, calling it a “handpicked selection of today’s crazy comments”.

“Do you mean that [us guys] can’t look at all? Then ask [your wife] not to go out then, you’re making it look as if you’re the emperor and your wife’s the empress. Celebs should be moderate [in their behaviour],” one comment read.

Some netizens were not pleased.

“This is hilarious, what if the other party just happened to move their head in [your wife’s] direction. Don’t be so egoistical,” another netizen wrote.
