normally, the hot days can be in a streak of three days follow by cooler days. but trust me, it is bad enough.

Rubbish. Just count the days you would turn on the aircon in SG vs the days you would turn on the aircon in Mel.
After spending some years in Mel and you still don't know what to do on those few days of hot spike in temp, you must be an idiot.
Ingrate troll. So unhappy, you should simply pack up and go back to SG.

If have SGD 5 million, no need to formally emigrate. As Sinkie citizen, you are entitled to 6 months visa in Canada, 3 months in USA, Australia and NZ. Cost of electronic travel authorisation is peanuts (USD15 for USA, AUD20 for Oz).

So, you can stay:

- in Canada from May to October (most places in Canada have 180 days or more when minimum temperature goes below 0 degree Celsius, so what self respecting tropical boy will want to live there for more than 6 months)

- in Oz or NZ (if Oz too hot for you) from November to January

- in USA (say Florida or Texas) from February to April

- every once in a while visit Southeast Asia

You talk like a sinkie even thought you're in OZ.

Australia is a vast place you can choose any weather you want.

If you like cool weather move to Hobart.

Yes, Hobart is nice and cool. Even have to use a heater at night in order to sleep.

Rosny Hill Lookout, if you want to avoid the hoards of tourists and the long and winding drive up to Mount Wellington:

... and the largest shopping mall in all of Tasmania, Eastlands (large for a city with population of only 250,000 people and not crowded at all even on public holiday) is just nearby, note most of the shops close at 5 pm:
