38歲的新住民小阮（化名，越南籍）與15歲的女兒庭庭（化名），日前現身新北市某大樓與本刊記者碰面，剛動完膽結石手術的小阮尚未完全康復，身上未癒合的傷口一牽動，就讓她痛到臉色發白，但比起前婆家帶給她心裡的苦痛，身上的這些折磨就顯得微不足道。
「我嫁來台灣6個月就懷孕，但孩子出生後，我不敢去驗DNA，因為不知到底是公公還是老公的種，我不懂婆家的人為什麼要這樣欺負我！」小阮難掩情緒，聲淚俱下泣訴過去遭前婆家輕視羞辱的過往。
她表示，20年前嫁來台灣，與罹患癲癇症及小兒麻痺的丈夫、公婆、大姑、小姑同住，早上4點就起床幫婆婆賣餐點，每天都忙到半夜才入睡，還要面對大姑、小姑的冷嘲熱諷，但對從9歲就開始打工、養家活口的小阮而言，這點苦根本不算什麼，只是沒想到造化弄人，始終任勞任怨的她，卻遭公公性侵長達8年之久。

小阮與女兒庭庭皆遭到親人性侵害，讓母女2人對未來充滿不安。
小阮回憶說：「原本公公就會毛手毛腳吃我豆腐，婚後一個禮拜左右，他有天說要帶我出去買東西，結果竟是把我帶去旅館性侵。」當時才18歲的小阮，不敢反抗身為一家之主的公公，也沒膽子向其他人訴苦，食髓知味的公公遂每個禮拜都偷偷帶她外出，強迫小阮與其不倫。
半年後，小阮發現自己懷孕，長期遭到公公性侵的她，沒有即將為人母的喜悅，取而代之的只有深重的罪惡感與「小孩爸爸到底是誰？」的不安。

[Minato National Security Act] Tan Yaozong: Even the Mainland trial will not be sentenced to death
[Now News Channel] According to the news, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress unanimously passed the National Security Law of the Minato District, and submitted it to the Basic Law Committee to consider whether to include it in Annex III of the Basic Law. According to the news, 162 votes were passed unanimously.
