This guy is very humble for he did not show off his PhD from the University of Manila with a shelf price of USD500 with no convocation & USD1200 with convocation & a photograph taken together with the dean of University Ferdinand Marcos!

This piece of crap probably couldnt afford the $$ for the PhD.
