guilty as charged. I think the Indian food is the best thing in Singapore. Our Chinese food doesn't standout with other Chinese majority cities, but our Indian food is more than awesome. Hard to resist.

I have a soft spot for uttapam. always get quizzical looks from the waiters when I order it

have to confess I don't like the texture, I prefer a bit of pull on my starches. but always love the flavour. we should do an indian restaurant list someday.
