Personal properties for sales - No agents please

Hi Guys is there a Site/ Forum / Place / Website where i can complain and raise issues about the horrible state of new Properties in Johor? My relative recently just gotten her keys for a newly TOP property in Johor, and it was horrible. There were Water leaking and flooding through all the Windows during rain, The Window Frames were Cracked, there were more than 20 Cracked tiles in the living room and bedrooms, and a lot of the Window Glass Panes were heavily scratched. For a Property more than 600k, it was atrocious. It's ridiculous how shady and undercutting the workmanship is. She really feels extremely cheated, and i wish to expose this development out.
There is a housing and strata management tribunal that you can complain to. I was there not to complain for my own unit but to complain some Malaysians in my condo management committee stealing common property to plant vegetables. While I was there, I saw all other cases are Malaysian house owners claiming from developer for their unit defects. Not bad they just paid Rm5 to file for own property (while I need to pay Rm150 or 100 to file for common property) and they are asking for claims of Rm100k or whatever not small sum.

Oh and no lawyer allowed for tribunal means no need to pay lawyer fees. So no worry of developer run foul of law in jb (of course provided is not a fly by night developer that has run road). More worry of your Malaysian neighbours run foul of law and called themselves smart and clever people ok?

While all I asked for was for them to restore the grass patch. And even after tribunal judge ruled that I won the case, the management committee that has run foul of law dragged their feet on restoring the grass patch ok?
