ever wondered why public perception may sometime be far from the truth? maybe i'll list some observations to boot.
1. Civil Servants should be non-partisan and act in neutrality but why do the public view them as pro-PAP?
2. Peoples Association and Community Clubs are non-partisan entities, quasi-governmental at the most, but why do the public view them as PAP entities?
i got a shock when i heard a couple of Civil Servants saying that PA is PAP entity. why? why is the public perception so warped?
