It all started after the defeat of the regime's minions and lackeys in Aljunied during the 2011 Procedural Elections.

Elements of losing team (lackey Cynthia Phua & Lim Hwee Hwa) colluded with PA and Housing Mafia (HDB) to take control public gathering sites. This move gives them the power to decide whether an grassroot event will take place or otherwise. Grassroot activities are important political events because Peasants Representatives use them to increase their profiles before the next procedural elections.
By taking control of those sites, the lackeys would dictate the guest list to any potential grassroot organisers. During the 7th Month celebrations, the defeated lackeys ordered Peasants’ Association to uninvite political pariah Chen Shoumao from the 7th Month banquet by threatening to revoke their site rental permits.
