the Russians have said oil is replenished by the mantle and Peak Oil is a hoax.............and oil companies admitted that old depleted oilfields were replenished after drilling was suspended............

Peak Oil - when oil supplies decline after reaching the highest rates of extraction – appear "increasingly groundless", BP's chief executive admtted.

The US will be self-sufficient in energy by 2030, with only 1% coming from imports, a remarkable turnaround for a country that as recently as 2005, before the shale gas boom, was one of the biggest global oil importers.

Bob Dudley's remarks came as the company published a study predicting oil production will increase substantially, and that unconventional and high-carbon oil will make up all of the increase in global oil supply to the end of this decade, with the explosive growth of shale oil in the US behind much of the growth.

Just a couple of years ago they were fined billions for a major pipe leak that polluted the whole Gulf of Mexico. Now they are quite ya ya with the conquering of shale gas production.

the radiation from Fukushima will ensure humans have maybe 100 years if not less..........another major earthquake there will destroy the half-collapsed reactor buildings there..............then humans will have just years........
