A video of a Bangladeshi Islamic scholar, Enayetullah Abbasi, has surfaced on the internet, sparking concerns of growing religious extremism in the country. In the video, Abbasi can be seen making threatening remarks, stating that Bangladesh is only for Muslims and that every Madrasa in the country will turn into a cantonment with weapons if anyone comes to invade even an inch of the country….

“The Islamists in this country will gouge their eyes out. If anyone comes to invade even an inch of Bangladesh. Every Madrasa in Bangladesh will turn into cantonment with weapons. Every Muslim will stand shoulder to shoulder with the Bangladesh Army for Jihad. Bangladeshi Muslims have the power to fly the flag of Islam in Delhi too, and the future will show that. The enemies of Islam are the Kaferr [unbelievers], beware.”,” he says in another video….

Nowhere was it stated that believers need to listen to clerics,imams or priests. There is no such position to a believer.
