Serious PE teacher and father of 2 who raped student twice in Malaysia gets 24 years' jail, 1

A 38-year-old physical education teacher of a primary school in Malaysia was sentenced to 24 years of jail and 12 strokes of the rotan for raping his student twice.

According to The Star, Mohd Ezlie Azram Mohammad Khasasi was sentenced to 12 years’ jail and six strokes of the cane for raping the girl when she was 11 years old on Dec 3 in 2011.

He was jailed another 12 years and ordered to be whipped six times for raping the victim two years later in August 2013, at his house in Taman Aman Siara, Batu Caves.

The accused, who is also a silat teacher, is a divorcee with two children aged nine and 10
