Jay Chou was touched by the Holy Spirit when Sun Ho preached the gospel in this music video. He then gave his life to Christ.

China wine is special because i think this is the only song with the riddim that she sang on. No other artist did it.
For those that don't know a riddim is where the tune is produced and different artists sing/deejay on it. A popular one can have as many as 20 different artists on it. Take the song temperature by sean paul. The riddim which is the back ground beat is known as the applause riddim and it is very popular. To have one specially made song for you that's very rare. Producers try to get as many different artists to voice on it and they need to stand out and some of them do so consistently. It's very different from other genres of music like pop where the background music aids the singer. In dancehall you can have as many as up to 10-20 different people singing/deejaying on the background music.
It's not an easy business at all. You need to establish your name/moniker in the business say pink the pop singer/madonna/sting etc these aren't their real names it's their monikers or stage names. Sun ho would never be able to get away with her real name but she's stupid enough to choose geisha.
Last but not least dancehall isn't hip hop and they are not rapping. It's called deejaying. Listen to mr bombastic by shaggy that is a form for deejaying.
