After tragic deaths, all Khaw cares about achieving milestones! He can't bother to dedicate a FB post ...just three sentences. Must keep singing praises.

The PAP minister is essentially telling sinkees that they are insignificant ...if you die on the job, that's not our problem. Just keep the train running ...even if more people have to die.

Yes! I was equally shocked too. Instead of words of condolences for the deceased family, he praised himself for being the minister of Transport who achieved 100 days of disrupt free ride for commuters. At least, Liu Tuck Yew has the decency to fake apologies, like the rest of ministers, and eventually tendered his resignation. I will not be surprised if Khaw Boon Wan's next message is nothing but to blame the accidents on Singaporeans. Keep your fingers crossed for his next statements.

In the same facebook posting, he has already reminded them "to adhere to safety regulations at all times". Can you imagine if you know someone whose friend or relative died in a road accident, the first thing you tell them is "to adhere to traffic and road safety regulations at all times". Really pathetic.

Khaw is implying that the two SMRT employees died because of their own negligence!

agreed,iv already prepared the speech and dictation for him......in japan society, each and every individual is supposed to hold oneself to the highest expectations and standards and place the priorities of the group before oneself.each and everyone is expected to do their best and function at the highest level together as a group and a cohesive unit......if any member of the group or organisation breaks down under pressure and fails to do their part or meet up to expectations, and as a result hurt or damages the group or community as a whole, they are expected to apologize to the ones they have "failed" and atone for their sins by eliminating themselves thru hari kiri or seppuku.........in this case the two smrt employees in a moment of carelessness and neglect have failed their organisation and brought shame upon themselves and their fellow comrades.150 days of hardwork ruined in a moment.
