The key question is how many PAP members are there in the audience.
According to statistics, about 30-40% should be PAP members, about 20-30% opposition, the rest no membership.

Then again the question comes about when the invite was sent, was it open to all?
If so, and those skeptical of it did not bother participating, then definitely, there will be more pro PAP members.

affiliated to the ruling PAP party, the credibility of the PAP is taking a
serious hit.

Hardline dissenters have been validated while the silent majority is again
shown proof that the ruling party is not sincere in hearing their
grievances.

This national conversation is turning out to be a “wayang” even more
contrived than the Royals’ visit to Queenstown.

It remains to be seen if this national conversation will indeed open the eyes
of the ruling party to what is happening on the ground. Very likely, this author

thanks for taking the time to point it out makkapa. well, when i was watching it, i suspected from the very start that the ang moh son of a gun was a big time ball carrier. when the issue of the minister mentioning the case of the parent saying that she would slap the child...the ang moh went ''wow'', and even making mouth movements of it. that in which the cameramen captured it. seems like its all preplanned. whatever the case, all these is wayang to me. america is much better. 2 men battling to be the next president of the united states, will have a showdown in front of live audiences around the world. this is what i call a democracy.
