1. LHL's reputation is very much built onLKY's legacy. If LHY enters next GE, he will bring the same LKY legacy and standing as LHL. He will erode LHL like what no others can.
2. LHY will be able to reveal many intimacies and backgroung facts abt LKY, LHL, HC, TH.
3. LHY was CEO of Singtel, Chairman of CAAS. His experience alone will scare every minnow pap minister. Can HSK stand up to LHY?
4. LHY will be able to bring with him mnay CEOs, talents which pap cant attract
5. LHY will bring in a breathe of fresh air to SG
6. Ball less SG guys will have a hero in LHY to give them some balls

PAP is truly sacred of pap. PAP's best ie HSK, CCS can even tieLHY's shoe laces PAP must stop LHY at all costs. PAP must:
1. Deter LHY
2. Debar LHY
3. Deny LHY

If the above strategies fail, PAP must use state organs to tarnish LHY's reputation and minimise his influence on SG voters.

The issue is despite ah Yang's better reputation. it will be hard for him to win in the General Erection as the cards are stacked against the Oppos due to gerrymandering, threats to services etc. So better to contest the PE as its a straightforward contest,,,there is no gerrymandering and all votes are equal, The only thing bad is the past the post and no run off erection,,that was why KFC won with only 33% of the vote. And this time round for the PE,,harder for PAP to muddy the waters by letting in more candidates
