Likely after your poly cert or degree cert can go downgrade learn plumbing or workshop car repair to do sidelines fight rice bowl with boh tak chek Kia. Wasted if your experience in current job can't give you a good career path instead switch line.

It's a failed project, the PCB PAP-Gov should just convert to cash and give it to us instead.

They are now very active in pushing this due to the near expiry.

Audio house is also very active to push the usage of climate voucher.

I have not utilised a single cent.

We have better use of cash than some unnecessary courses. ITE, Poly & uni should have already catered to jobs in the market.
