Panty thief caught on CCTV
A NEIGHBOUR turned out to be the thief when he was caught red-handed stealing a girl’s panties on CCTV in Taman Suria, Kajang, Selangor.
The girl’s father was awakened by a barking dog at 3.30am and found that a few more of his daughter’s panties had gone missing, according to a Harian Metro report.
He then discovered that the culprit was his neighbour from the CCTV that he installed recently.
“This is the fourth time his daughter’s panties were stolen,” the newspaper quoted a source as saying.
The source said the father had lodged a police report with the hope that the culprit would surrender.
> The newspaper reported that a 37-year-old single mother had difficulty falling asleep for three years due to “black magic” allegedly cast by a relative over a dispute in the distribution of their family estate.
Known only as Nur from Gua Musang, Kelantan, she claimed that she had experienced nightmares and could only rest when she slept on her side.
She said she had lost about 20kg due to the curse.
“If I lie down flat or face downwards, my body would be in pain as if it was being crushed by iron or it would turn hot like being boiled (in water),” she said.
More than 50 bomoh and ustaz had tried to help her but the curse was broken only after a religious medical practitioner recited Quran verses.
The practitioner also found an iron sculpture buried in a side-sleeping position in front of Nur’s house, which he claimed was the source of her sleep problem.
