Which 91-year-old continues to get paid an MP's allowance of $16,000 per month when cognitive decline and frailty prevented him from walking the ground in his constituency?

Not only $16K a month. He's Minister Mentor too. Not sure how much that post was worth. Definitely more than the post of Senior Minister. Plus whatever life-time pension as former PM.

You may have forgotten that LKY stepped down as Minister Mentor in May 2011, but remained a MP for Tanjong Pagar GRC until his death in March 2015.
