The place is under Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC not PE.

Maybe by 2016 Punggol area will become a GRC on its own as the population is growing. Not surprised that the GRC will fall into opposition hands. Too many problems like poor transport, poor facilities, limbo LRT line, broken P21 promises and now childcare.

Dumb children will remain dumb no matter how many child care centres they're put through.

Most children are not born dumb. It is the dumb parents that made them dumb. And it is the environment and brainwashing that made the parents dumb.

Who is at fault? Definitely not nature but those that nurtured them. For the ease of control, they have cultivated a generation of dumb people. Dumb people can't react to adversity as they had been spoon fed and led by the nose. However, when their survival is threatened, natural instinct will take over. However, being dumb, their reaction and reversal from from their past beliefs will be extreme and they will be capable of doing the dumbest thing. That is the price for gaining control through breeding of dumb people.

Punggol and Sengkang areas are definitely not pro-PAP wards. They will fall faster than wards in Holland, Queenstown or Jalan Besar areas, provided a good opposition contest there.

Let all Singaporeans have the priority to register first and then subject them to balloting to draw for a place of their children. No need to line up like cows for the slaughter house.

Make the PRs and all other foreigners register for the left over vacancies by the same balloting process. Why foreigners have same privileges as locals even for getting places in schools?

this is exactly right. First, take out all the spots now occupied by foreigners, PR holders, and non singaporean citizens. Give these spots to Singaporeans. And in the line up, send all non singaporeans to the end of the line.
