think CS is plain stupid lah, cannot think beyond spreading her legs to get contracts.
I don't think the case depend so much on CS court statements. The judge will look at other evidence. So long as NBG is bedding CS and CS is tendering for CNB contract, the case against NBG is already fairly solid.
You're right. NBG should have declared the conflict of interest. But then again, not declaring conflict of interest is not a crime. That's what the Ministry of Finance lady testify in court. It's "good" to declare, but not a must. Like it's only a guideline, but not a law. If it's a crime, many in the civil service would get into problems liao. So many of them with conflict of interests, some more serious than this, like connected by marriage and connected by blood ties somehow.

Koh made the right move leaving the SPF. He would have stagnated if he remained. More the staff officer calibre. Wrting reports here and there. Unlikely he was able to handle a difficult accused person.
Really headache man..all the twists and turns. Then both defense and prosecution camps selectively pick the SMSes and other witnesses to take the stand. Both sides anticipating what the other camp trying to do, like martial arts fighting like that. Scary stuff to be in court, even as a witness. :*:
Koh is the friend of NBG and boss of CS. He must be the one who introduces them to each other. If CS is handling government contracts, introducing her to NBG is nothing wrong. The key is whether he knows that both of them got intimately involved after that. If he does and did nothing, he is a prick.
Being a friend, he should warn NBG on the consequences and if within his mean, he should try to get CS out of that portfolio so that there will not be a conflict of interest.
If you have friend like Koh, you do not need enemy.
Ooi sotong, no good to be a kaypoh like me

The version going around is that competitor company blew the whistle. Do you believe?it is still a mystery who blew the whistle on this whole matter. It could be even be Koh's wife if Koh is found to have regularly tested the quality of his femme fatale?

did Koh Hong Eng test her out in bed before encouraging her to sleep with others?
but how would competitor know? Unless their affair is so public and well known ... or NBG did try to manipulate the tender and someone in the tender committee buay song with NBG?
My bet is still on the spouses of either CS, NBG or Koh.
Was he SPF local scholarship (like NBG), or SPF Overseas Scholarship?
What was his rank when he left the SPF? Supt?
