First Half of 2025: OpenAI reported a net loss of $13.5 billion,
Recent Qtr: Reports from late October/early November 2025 indicate a loss of around $11.5 billion
And at a time, China announced plans to replace existing foreign AI chips with domestically produced ones in government enterprise sectors as a security measure.
