台鐵普悠瑪號出軌事故,造成18名乘客死亡,普悠瑪駕駛尤振仲在事故前的通聯紀錄,今(25)日遭媒體披露,但在此同時,《蘋果日報》今天早上即時新聞,也報導尤振仲去年12月有吸毒被逮的紀錄,行政院發言人Kolas Yotaka表示, 法務部長曾清祥,今天早上有查證上述消息,確認尤在去年12月有吸食安非他命遭逮捕,今年2月確定獲得緩起訴處分,過去幾個月每月都會接受毛髮尿液檢驗,過去二個月沒有毒品反應,不過,普悠瑪事故發生後,檢方有抽取尤樣本,最近的檢驗結果尚未出爐。

台鐵普悠瑪6432次列車21日發生出軌翻覆意外,奪走18人性命。經連日調查,台鐵在總結記者會上將原因指向尤姓司機員,因沒回報關閉列車自動防護系統ATP才會釀禍。但是行政院調閱通聯紀錄後,發出新聞稿指出,司機在事故前4分鐘有回報,而司機員完整43分鐘通聯目前也跟著曝光,重重打臉台鐵。

普悠瑪於21日下午4時50分發生出軌事故,據《聯合報》報導,尤姓司機員與調度員通聯紀錄曝光,司機員早在4時5分由貢寮開往福隆時就曾回報,14秒連說3次「6432呼叫」,「6432車次有問題,有時候動力會自動消失」,且「電門會自動切掉歸零」等異常狀況出現,緊接著調度員便和司機員展開對談,當時司機表示1、8主風泵停止運轉,調度員一邊協助找方法排除故障,並同時回覆宜蘭就請列檢上車。當列車行駛至大溪再度失去動力,檢查員上車復位後,過程約過了20分鐘後,司機員在頭城附近要求停車,伴隨著車況時好時壞,勉強開到宜蘭時,檢查員當時還表示,「原則我會幫你換車,我會叫花蓮換車」、「那你就盡量這樣開厚」。

列車行駛至宜蘭、羅東、冬山直奔新馬時,仍斷斷續續無法解決,在事故發生前近5分鐘,列車由羅東開往冬山,司機發現第8車空壓機復位後又跳掉,緊急回報調度員「現在變成ATP關起來」,當時調度員曾一度詢問,「關起來會好嗎?」當司機回答,「目前關起來速度是有的,觀察看看」, 調度員立刻回覆「好好好,那我叫列車長去你那邊,你教他復位」,由對話可知,司機確實有向調度員回報狀況,明顯和台鐵說法不同步。
