【晴報專訊】男警員被指在柴灣警署內，涉偷取一名涉非法賣淫女疑犯的3,000元現金，他否認盜竊罪。警署警長供稱，翻看閉路電視片段，發現男警曾將一些500元紙幣放進銀包。
警員吳俊傑昨作供稱，今年4月12日與被告梁嘉成（32歲）所屬的特別職務隊及入境處進行聯合行動，到西灣河一大廈「放蛇」打擊非法賣淫，其中拘捕了女事主盧月花。吳承認為盧在警署處理財物袋時，一度未封口離開，其後盧稱少了約3,000元。
財物袋一度未封口
辯方指，警員會與涉案女子有金錢瓜葛，女子或會給錢警員，讓對方不要控告她，而吳案發日曾用手輕碰被告的手，將弄皺的紙給被告，被告沒有查看是甚麼便放進褲袋，而實際上該些皺的紙是數張500元紙幣，吳否認。
警署警長巫觀生供稱，當日看到被告曾在羈留室外將銀包放進褲子的右後袋，得悉盧不見了錢後，他遂翻查警署的閉路電視片段，發現被告曾將一些500元紙幣放進自己的銀包。
