I guess when they say singaporeans they mean chinese sinkies. I don't even think a damn tiong can tell a filippino apart from a malay.

Question is how do they tell a sinkie apart from a tiong themselves? There are many tiongs that don't have that digusting stereotypical cheena look and it's vice versa with the sinkies.
