Now most kid end up in Child care too many tuition/enrichment class even before primary.

Before children stay with grandparent live with then or grandparent house/neighbour.
It very simple and no cost involve. Some neighbour even do it FOC just need to pay for milk and small Ang Pow packet depend on parent affordability.

If several years back, the reason could be so that the father can go and chiong health centre after work.
These days, not sure what would be the reason.
