OCBC was down islandwide from 16 July around 7pm to early morning 17 July. No cash withdrawal or deposit.

UOB ATMs are down now. Not sure about yesterday.

Its worrisome that there is news blackout, and more telling, more than one bank has been affected. OCBC followed by UOB, one after another in short order. Something is happening.
