NSF GST Payout

I am serving my national service now and enlisted last sept got my last gst payout but this 2nd time that is July, i didn't get my GST payout. i wonder am i the only one and why so that i didn't get even until today.

Any NSF got the same problem here? as i need this $100 or $200 or $300 to save my butt... So wondering how come haven't bank in yet or never?
