farming or farmers had always been on the receiving ends ...toiling for months with borrowed money ,and if everything goes well and a bumper crop the prices for his produce drops drastically and he gets fucked ...than just between the harvest the weather plays havoc than his entire crop gets fucked losing everything ..Asian farming have never been a happy one
but US corporatist their farming...huge tracks of lands just by a few people farmed with machines ...than the cold storage system where the produced are not only properly stored but alao preserved
this is where asia lacks not only Asian farms are small and run by family ,they lose as much as 30% of the produce as wastage because of improper storage ...than the lack of knowledge of post harvest technology and lack of cold storage chain
now ,veggie growers are known as horticulturalits not farmers ..Will write about that later
