当日，贵州省平塘至罗甸高速公路建成通车，这也标志着作为该段高速公路控制性工程的平塘特大桥正式迎来建成通车。
平塘特大桥横跨峡谷，连接罗甸、平塘两县，全长2135米，总投资约15亿元。平塘特大桥通车后，平塘到罗甸的通行时间从2个半小时缩短至1小时，将成为连接贵州南部的交通要道。

On the same day, the Pingtang-Luodian Expressway in Guizhou Province was completed and opened to traffic, which also marked the official opening of the Pingtang Bridge as a control project for this section of the highway.

The Pingtang Bridge spans the gorge and connects Luodian and Pingtang counties with a total length of 2135 meters and a total investment of about 1.5 billion yuan. After the Pingtang Bridge was opened to traffic, the travel time from Pingtang to Luodian was shortened from two and a half hours to one hour, and it will become a major traffic link connecting southern Guizhou.
