Taliban has been infamous for beheading anyone going against them. Now, they have taken this madness to the next level and are targeting non-living objects. Female mannequins and musical instruments, two key signs of a progressive civilisation, are new targets for the tyrannical Taliban

After two independent media outlets shut down in Hong Kong in recent weeks, concerns about the collapse of the city’s once-robust media are deepening. The Citizen News announced that it would shut down, following last year's casualties: the website Stand News and the newspaper Apple Daily. Beijing walks firmly in the path of silencing independent media in the former British colony
