My suspicion too for these reasons:

(1) the photo look posed with him occupying two seats, reading a newspaper. The only thing missing is a cup of coffee;

(2) you do not snap a photo of anyone in the bus without them staring at you angrily as it is an invasion of privacy. Moreover at such close quarters.
