He just kena arrow to this post last month what U expect him to do. It is highly unlikely that whatever he implements will take effect anytime soon. From Planning, purchasing to implementing, it will take at least 1-3 years depending on the complexity of the projects. Example, U look at Khaw, U expect him to solve the HDB problem tomorrow meh? For the time being we should continue to blame the previous guy, we can start to hatam him after a year or 2. More then even time to hammer him until the next election
