No need to fill up "White Card" to enter Malaysia due to shortage of cards

But hor I mean Singapore and Malaysia so close,,what is the point? like from those other countries than of course must fill lah,,,really dont make sense man,,,

I stay in JB. I know what you mean. Our father and his brother madhatir should know why.

Embarkation cards are relics from shipping days. The passport and visa then was just a piece of papers. Arriving at a foreign port, an embarkation card had to be filled in with the particulars on your passport and visa for their immigration department records, just in case you overstay or went missing or something worse.
Malaysian government cannot be trusted. If going Malaysia often, standby white cards. Whether they want it or not up to them. Don't get stuck.
Say what you may for this is my view and I stand by it.
That the Malaysian Immigresen, Kastam and Polis Di-Raja are much more civil when dealing with people passing their booths and checkpoints as compared to our CIVILISED Immigration, Customs and Cisco Security Guards (there to check petrol gauge and Not Reduce crime).
The Malaysians believe in Courtesy begets Courtesy. Speak to them with courtesy and they are sure to reciprocate.
Speak to our CIVILISED servants with courtey and you are bound to be stared at and viewed with suspicion. They think that they are the Guardians of the Pearly Gates to an Eden called Stinkapore.
Many a times Malaysian Civil servants have helped our people in distress.
A good example was when we were brining back the mortakl remains of my mum who expired in Malaysia. They rendered all the help and provided the neccessar papers.
I still encounter them. Be NICE and you will be treated NICE
Act Arrogant and you will get screwed.

The contract for the printing of the millions of white cards is meant to be a source of income for some Mudland warlords, so that they keep supporting/voting for the incumbents.

In Mudland, the Malaysians DO NOT decide who the PM is - about 600 Mudlanders in UMNO assembly vote for President and Vice-President who automatically become PM and DPM. No need to please anyone else. And if you think about it, Malays account for only about 43% of the total population but they behave like they are 90%.
