Back on 21 October (Wednesday), a bunch of hooligans were seen bullying a boy who was known to be under the age of 16. This incident eventually went viral and was resolved later a hand shake from both parties. However, just today, a guy named “S Subhraaj“, was then being insulted and was being asked to come out to “Settle” by one of the hooligan’s friends just because S Subhraaj was trying to bring awareness towards such bullying cases.
